Need an Altitude Adjustment?! Stay at our cabin with a view of Meadow & Village

Amazing views, dead-end street provides a quiet environment, spacious, modern amenities with a rustic feel, ceiling and oscillating fans (no need for a/c the highs are approximate 85°), deck, fireplace and fire pit and barbecue grill. Overlooking the meadow and the village. Close to many attractions; One hour to Zion, Bryce and Brian Head. Cedar Breaks is 20 minutes.

Outdoor and basement security cameras (only) for your safety.

On occasion there may be times that we park/stay in our RV a few feet away from cabin at the beginning of driveway. No worries, we'll respect your privacy.

Quiet mountain getaway
This place nestled in duck creek, between zion and bryce with other great parks adjacent was perfect for our family vacation. When not out enjoying the parks we were out on the back deck with beautiful views. Love to stay again. Back deck was safe for my small dogs.

Amazing place, we plan to stay again!
2 other friends came to relax, and take advantage of hiking opportunities: Cedar Breaks, Zion, Bryce, Kodachrome State park, just to name a few that are in easy striking distance from this cabin. We had a long stay (18 nights) a this wonderful, quiet (end of "cul de sac"), and perfect place for us to rest, enjoy cooking good meals (we ate every single night on the deck), and good conversation (we used the fire pit and the gas fire pit every night we were there as well). The hosts were super helpful and accomodating, very quick to respond, and while they stay right there, were super respectful of our privacy -- they could have just as easily been in Las Vegas, no intrusions at all! (We wanted to get to know them a little bit, or it probably would have been all VRBO messaging -- amazing hosts!)

Nice place but inaccurate details
We presumed there would be a greater distance between the house and the owner staying in the RV, however it was virtually right in front of the cabin entrance. Also, when we booked, there was a hot tub listed as one of the amenities. When we reached out to the owner, they stated there is no hot tub and removed it from the listing details. Lastly, while we understood that cameras would be around the property, we were not expecting cameras to also be on the deck. Made sitting outside a bit uncomfortable and felt we couldn't have open conversations because we were being recorded.

Home away from home
Fantastic, pet friendly cabin. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They had so many condiments and spices needed to cook, so we never felt the need to eat out. Beds were clean and super comfy. Also, they have the ideal backyard patio setting. My kids and I enjoyed our meals on the patio thanks to the outdoor furniture set up. My son is already planning his next birthday at Duck Creek and he only wants to stay at this cabin ❤️ It felt like home away from home. Thank you Josephine, Steven, and Gus for everything!

Fabulous family fun
Property was wonderful. Kitchen super clean and the wall of windows looking onto the meadow was perfect . We were able to see a mommy deer and 2 babies while sipping coffee in the morning on the beautiful deck. I would definitely stay again.

4th of July Escape to the Mountains
We are always looking for vacation rentals that check all the necessary boxes. If a place is pet-friendly, has great reviews, offers amenities to make our stay comfortable, and has owners that are friendly and professional, we are sold. The Altitude Adjustment cabin, owned by Josephine and Steven Weiss, provided a nice 4th of July getaway into the mountains. Our 14 year old female senior pup dislikes fireworks. The cabin in Duck Creek Village gave her and us a chance to escape the noise and excessive heat in Las Vegas. The communication with the owner was excellent. She sent over driving directions, instructions to enter the cabin, and information to make our stay a great experience. The owner lives in an RV parked on the property. She was close by if we needed anything, but we never felt like her presence was intrusive. Any questions or concerns could be quickly addressed by messaging her through the VRBO app, or sending a text message. The cabin is well-appointed and clean, a sign the owners care about their guests. The kitchen and pantry are fully stocked. The bathrooms were clean and had soft bath and hand towels. The shower provided great water pressure and temperature. The beds felt comfortable, but we slept in the living area on the sofas and our pup on her bed to enjoy the fresh air. The flat top grill produced great burgers and hotdogs for our holiday meal. If you need entertainment, the smart TV has you covered. Thanks, Josephine and Steven for having us.

Beautiful Duck Creek Cabin
So much attention to detail in this home. Beautiful deck with an amazing grill to use. Absolutely everything you need to feel at home, but with an amazing view. Wonderfully comfortable beds too! I highly recommend a stay here if traveling up to Duck Creek or the surrounding areas!

Peaceful and Refreshing
We very much enjoyed our stay at Altitude Adjustment! It was a perfect home base for our Zion/Bryce Canyon National Parks visit. It's up at almost 9,000 ft. elevation and the weather was a much needed break from the desert heat. There's lots to explore in the surrounding area, especially if you have an ATV or side-by-side. If you don't, there are plenty to rent. Or just enjoy the peace and solitude on the deck watching the wildlife. Steven and Josephine have kept this cabin fully stocked, clean, and cozy. Our family would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is very well appointed with a well stocked pantry. We stopped at grocery in Tropic coming from Capitol reef. Bought enough for the 2 nights. First night a little cool used the wall heaters, didn’t use the 2nd at all. Appreciated the view from the deck the 2nd day to have coffee.

Extended weekend away
We came up for an extended labor day weekend and it was exactly what we hoped. We brought 4 teenagers and 2 pups with us and the cabin was perfect for everything we needed. It's centrally located with easy access to all the sights and amenities. There was plenty to do for the kids even on the day they were stuck inside because of rain. They spent a lot of time playing board games, using the smart tv, or hanging out in the back covered porch watching all the birds and deer roaming around. We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much for a relaxing stay.

Best little cabin ever!
We spent 2 weeks at this little paradise and enjoyed every minute! The beds and couches were so comfortable and there were a crazy amount of hummingbirds on our deck the entire trip! The front room is filled with windows top to bottom allowing you to enjoy the views all day while relaxing. 😉 The best part was definitely the location being 5 min from the main strip and 10-15 min from some of the most beautiful lakes we've seen! It is also on a dead end street and was so quiet for the majority of our time and rzr trails everywhere with beauty that will take your breath away. Host was responsive and very communicative. Highly recommend! We'll be back for sure!

Duck Creek Village Vacation
The property is clean, well equipped very tastefully furnished and decorated (reminds me of a hunting cabin) Nothing is old or cheap. (lather sofas, stainless steal fridge, granite countertop ETC ) The porch is large and a real asset, made our stay very joyful. The humming bird feeders are awesome as you get to see humming birds come and go all day and while they are tiny and beautiful birds , they are real characters. (they argue and fight with each other, or if their feeder is empty they will through a fit....it's hilarious.. )The big panorama windows let in a lot of light, that's excellent. My wife and I stayed in the master bad, the kids slept in the loft. (the loft can sleep up to 4) The view, the surroundings and the atmosphere of the place and the village is wonderful. We rented here because it's only an hour drive from Zion national park. But once there we found that there is plenty to do just around the cabin (beautiful trails, lookouts, waterfalls, lakes ,creeks ETC0) The drive up there from Cedar is breathtaking on it's own. We rented the Cabin for a week but in hindsight we should have rented it much longer. The owners are very approachable, pleasant, helpful and reachable. Upon our arrivals we found sticky notes everywhere which was very helpful. Their contact info is also made available once you reach the Cabin, and they are very helpful and responsive with any inquires or questions one might have... NO AC because IT"S NOT NEEDED!!! KEEP THAT IN MIND!!!!!!!!!
