Avis Luxury VILLA BANE, heated private pool and jacuzzi, sandy beach 120m far, 12 pax

We have just arrived back from a fantastic holiday at villa Bane and it is hard to put into words how perfect our holiday was. We were a group of 9 people, 4 adults and 5 children (aged between 6 and 13) who stayed at the Villa Bane for 2 weeks. Contact with our hosts Sanja and Ante was easy and friendly. We were welcomed with specialty Soparnik, breads, meats, cheeses fruits and juice waiting for us when we arrived. That’s a really nice touch. The villa itself is everything you could want and more - is absolutely amazing. The villa is very spacious, clean and well equipped and it met all of our high expectations. Exactly as pictured, finished to a really high standard. There are a lot of stairs since the house spreads out over four floors. This wasn't a problem for us, but good to know if you have toddler or trouble walking stairs.This means that the bedrooms are spread out over two different floors, which gives everyone a lot of space and privacy. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers! The outside area is truly amazing. The views are to die for, the swimming pool is perfect and the games room kept our kids happy whilst we were there. When we were there in early April, it was raining the first few days, but the kids were eager to get to the pool. Knowing this, the owner heated up the pool, it was really nice! The ocean is really close too, and offers lovely swims and walks along the beaches. There is a very nice restaurant in walking distance and Omis with its many restaurants and shops only 5 minutes drive away. Sanja also provided us football match tickets, traditional Peka and delicious chocolate cake! She was really helpful and was constantly at the end of the phone for any queries we had. We have already recommended this villa to our friends who want to visit Croatia, we told them that they could go there without hesitation. Do not wait to book, you will not regret it!

La villa Bane est le lieu de vacances idéal. La maison est magnifique, très confortable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque. Les propriétaires Ante et Sanja sont très accueillants et tellement gentils. A notre arrivée, des spécialités de la région et des boissons fraîches nous attendaient. La villa est seulement à 100 mètres de la plage de sable. Des bars et des restaurants à proximité recommandés par les propriétaires. Il y a beaucoup d'activités à pratiquer puisque la ville d'Omis réunit la mer, la montagne et la rivière. Une très belle région, une maison magnifique et des propriétaires exceptionnels! The villa Bane is the ideal holiday resort. The house is magnificent, very comfortable, decorated tastefully. Nothing is missing. The owners Ante and Sanja is very welcoming and so kind. Upon our arrival, specialities of the region and the cool drinks were waiting for us. The villa is only 100 meters away from the sandy beach. Bars and restaurants nearby recommended by the owners. There are many activities to be practised because the city of Omis gathers the sea, the mountain and the river. A very beautiful region, a magnificent house and exceptional owners! Fabienne (France)

Wir haben Ende Oktober eine Woche in der Villa Bane Urlaub gemacht. Die Villa lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Sanja war eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns an einem Abend liebevoll bekocht. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

The house is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures- so spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Sanjay gave us a warm welcome with a Croatian spread of fruit, cheese, meat and a special type of tortilla like spinach pie. We stayed one week. The pool is not able to be heated to a comfortable temperature in the cooler weather which was disappointing- we wanted to turn up the pool heat, or even the jacuzzi, especially for the toddler. Everything else was perfect - so close to Omis, beach restaurants, we made day trips to Split and Trogir and Makarska. Our 4 young adults did the Omis zip line and were exhilarated. Shooko bar is charming for a pizza dinner, cocktails and watching the sunset.

Vi havde en skøn ferie i dejlige omgivelser. Sjældent lever billeder op til virkeligheden, men det gjorde de i det her tilfælde. Vi var meget tilfredse med huset, det levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger. Vi brugte meget tid i huset ved poolen, hvor vi kunne bade, sole og slappe af.

Everything is just right here. Sonja is a kind-hearted person and helps you with all your needs during your stay without any problems. You really couldn't ask for more. The pictures are one to one with what you would expect, and much more! The welcome alone was unique and first class. We joked a bit before our holiday whether the holiday home really existed because it had so many positive reviews. After our holiday we can fully understand why Sonja and her family get such great reviews. The human aspect, the location, the price and the quality of the service are perfect. Everything was super clean. Clear recommendation!

Wir waren mit einer 5-köpfigen Familie für eine Woche in der Villa Bane und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen! Das Haus war teilweise noch schöner, als es die Bilder vermuten ließen. Außenbereich, Schlafzimmer und auch die Küche überzeugten sowohl durch eine moderne Einrichtung und ihre Sauberkeit, als auch durch eine vollumfängliche Ausstattung. Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts! Zusätzlich ist das Engagement von Sanja zu erwähnen. Sie stand jederzeit zur Verfügung, organisierte verschiedenste Events für uns und bekochte uns mit sehr viel Liebe. Fazit: 6 von 5 Sternen!

The Villa is just beautiful, I cannot recommend it enough. There were two families staying with six teenage kids. The en-suite rooms were prefect and the pool table and ping pong table provided great entertainment. The pool is a good size and plenty of room to lounge. The location is perfect as is a short walk to the beach and from there you can walk to many different bars and restaurants. We also walked to Omis along the beach several times for dinner. The host is very very responsive and will help with anything (recommendations / questions etc).
