Une nuit, pas plus...

Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWas not impressed with the customer service at check in. We asked about getting a room on the back side of the building, away from the highway. We were told that only if we had booked a king bed would we be on the back side and since we had made our booking through an outside company, we couldn’t change it. I offered to pay them the difference in cost which they refused. The first room they assigned us was not cleaned yet. The next room had supposedly been cleaned. It had the beds made and towels…but the room was filthy. There was food and other things all over the carpet. The toilet, shower/tub and bathroom sink were not clean and had hair everywhere. The mirror was splashed with toothpaste as well as some on the soap dish. Forget about looking under the beds. ( all sorts of trash under there) The mini fridge had food drippings as well as a bottle of lemonade in the freezer. I’d never stay here again.

What caught our eye was the hot tub & hot breakfast. The hot tub had maybe 3 jets that were working. We went for breakfast at 8:10 and there was NO hot breakfast food. Waffle batter was empty. That wasn’t impressive.

Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe bathtub wsnt particularly clean but we hardly used it so it wasnt as big of an issue. We tried to go swim but we didnt last long as it was too cold. I cant be in a hot tub otherwise would have sat in there
