Enjoyed walking along the shore and seeing the big boat going out under the bridge.

This is a very nice property, right on the lake. Nice sitting areas outside. Beds are comfortable and rooms very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, but add some bacon, not just sausage.

Hi Catherine,We're glad you enjoyed your stay. I'll share some information about breakfast that you will like. We alternate the hot items in breakfast and we do have bacon on some days. I can't speak for other hotels, but our breakfast staff will gladly make you some bacon if you ask them! We have some pretty great breakfast attendants!

Cleaning staff decided to get early start at 8:30am began knocking on doors and bumping around in hallway with cart. Was upset myself & young child who was up until 1am especially when we were hoping to sleep until right before check out. So it seems the hotel is in a hurry to rush out paid customers 2 hours prior to check out & being woken up by knocking on doors at that time with check out at 11am after paying a rate of over 300.00 for less than 19 hours one would hope to not have to be woken up by cleaning staff early in the morning. Not worth the money wish I would complained more to be honest I been upset since.

Hello Lori,I am sorry to hear our staff disrupted your stay. I apologize that you were awakened by the housekeepers on your floor - that certainly shouldn’t have happened. The staff is reminded regularly that guests do not always get up before we start our day and that they need to be cognizant of that. I’m sorry that wasn’t the case today. Your feedback is a helpful tool to use when talking staff about the outcome of their actions. I apologize for your inconvenience and will work with my staff going forward so this doesn't happen again.
