Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayKids loved having space away from adults. The bike rides were spectacular. Access to Park Point, Canal Park, Gooseberry Falls, shopping, and hiking were superb. The deck was awesome.

Great location
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved our stay at your property!! Beautiful home and location was perfect!! The hiking/bike trail next to your home was very enjoyable. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. I would highly recommend this home to family and friends!! Also, We enjoyed reading the history of the home as well!!

Annual family gathering
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were a group of 4 sisters who gathered with our spouses and adult children from all over the country (CA to Boston and TX to MN and in between). The house provided a great location for indoor and outdoor visiting, group meals and games. We really liked the location including the pathway to to beautiful walk along the river. The house was comfortable, thoughtfully furnished, clean and interesting!

Wonderful Stay in Duluth
Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location for Grandma's marathon! The house has such a rich history and is appointed very well. It's perfect for large families. Interesting mix of modern comforts with a historic feel. Highly recommended, we'd stay there again.

Great family retreat
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the antique style of the house. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms fit our three families so well! The kitchen was well stocked with your basics and the bathrooms and bedrooms had everything we needed. Duluth is a lovely place to explore.
