Went to check in, room key wouldn’t work went downstairs got a new room went to open it and it was dirty. Again went downstairs got ANOTHER. room and then had issues with the shower drain. Overall staff nice but wouldn’t stay here again.

The customer service at this property is awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite that was very spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave. There is a pool and hot tub as well as an exercise room. The breakfast in the morning had lots of choices including waffles, eggs, sausage and so much more. It was just a short drive to the places we wanted to go in Duluth. There was some uphill and downhill driving which I didn't mind. This is a very nice hotel that was reasonably priced compared to others I checked out.

They did not have a clean room available even 5-6 hours after the normal check-in time so we were not able to stay and had to go home early from our trip.

We have always loved this hotel. Breakfast was not great but I’m thinking it was because they didn’t have enough staff:( Overall great hotel, great staff, will always stay there when we’re in Duluth.
