This place exceed my expectations. Other than the surroundings everything was great. It wasn't unsafe just a little hard to get to things walking but there is Perkins Restaurant right there. Staff very helpful!

Hotel was nice. Bathroom had been recently upgraded and was in good condition. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was crowded into the front lobby. Internet system was barely working. TV didn't have many stations.

We were surprised at how nice it was!
It can be hard to find a "reasonably" priced room in Duluth. We paid more than we usually do, but compated to others in the area, it was good.

No surprises. Room was great. Everything seemed clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was lacking compared to other hotel free breakfasts.

Good, quiet stay with no problems. Would consider staying there again the next time in Duluth..
