Great little cozy spot on Lake Superior. The owner, Joe was very respectful of our privacy but wonderful to talk to when we sought him out. Hope to see you again next year, Joe!

This was a very nice place, right on the Lake. Very comfortable. There was even a fire laid in the firepit, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate.

This beachfront property is well-maintained, very clean, with excellent scenery and access to the Superior shore! With close proximity to beaches, parks, and Duluth, we had no trouble finding things to do. We will definitely try to be back soon!

Between two cities
The house is halfway between Duluth and Two Harbors, offering access to a lot of options. The view of Lake Superior was great and the ship watching was fun. The house was well furnished and very clean. The proprietor was attentive and helpful when needed, and his expectations were clear. The kitchen was stocked for basic cooking. A pleasant and relaxing visit.

Lake Superior Summer Getaway
We wanted a place to escape the Texas heat, relax and enjoy the scenery - we got exactly that. The property is well maintained with a view to die for. The owner lives on sight and is super friendly and helpful.

Memorable experience from start to finish
If you want a premier outdoor Midwest vacation experience right on Lake Superior - this is the hidden oasis that I will be bragging about for the rest of my life. The cozy cabin was everything we wanted AND MORE! I’ve never had a more professional, yet personal host who made sure our experience was above expectations. A true Midwest gem. We will be back!

Relaxing stay with well appointed home.
Great location and owner. Joe's attention to detail is above and beyond, he has thought of it all! Soap and supplies for kitchen. Travel soaps and shampoos in bathroom. Extra blankets in the closets. Luggage racks. He went the extra mile to have a fire prepped for us outside in the fire ring. The rental has all of the basic amenities, a great dining table for meals and games, and well written instructions for "How To's" around the property. Gas fireplace in living room makes for a cozy spot in the evening when we had rain and couldnt have the fire in the outside pit. We will be looking to stay here again on our future North Shore adventures.

Lovely apartment with all the amenities you could want. The view was fantastic, and Joe was available and helpful, too. It was very quiet and peaceful - we would stay here again.

Wonderful stay
We spent 3 nights here and everything was as described. Joe has notes everywhere explaining where things are and how they work so you can settle in quickly. Yard was too soggy to spend time on due to 4 days of heavy rains but view was great, wind through pines, waves breaking on the rocks, tankers gliding by in the distance. And a fawn and doe in the backyard one morning. Highly recommend.

Incredible!!
Seriously, I almost cried when we were leaving cause I didn’t want to go. This was the most amazing stay. We are going to book our next stay right when we get back to the city. Joe was beyond accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. View was great, and good vicinity to both Duluth and Two Harbors.

Perfect Vacation Spot
We loved the peaceful surroundings and the amazing views. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds chase each other around and time at the fire pit. Joe is the perfect host and we enjoyed chatting with him. Highly recommended!

A beautiful weekend spent here
We enjoyed our time here. It was a nice spacious place and it was clean. The decor was pretty and the living spaces were comfortable and relaxing. There was a furnace in the living room for heat which was surprisingly enough to keep the whole lodge warm. The kitchen had most of the utensils you would need. The wifi worked well and they had a TV tucked away in the cabinet as well as some books for entertainment. The host was also very friendly and accommodating. And Two Harbors is a quaint little town with Duluth and other local attractions nearby and plenty of things to do. Only thing I would say is that 10 am check out time felt a little rushed and early. Although, all in all, I would recommend this place.
