Please note that as this condo is situated in a historic building in the heart of the city, you may hear some foot and car traffic during your stay. To protect the beauty of this home we have a strict no pets allowed policy. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

→ TRANSIT
While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

Our awesome guest service team is here to assist you from 8am to 9pm. If you have any questions or need anything, just give us a ring. You'll find our contact information in your booking confirmation. We'll primarily communicate through the booking platform and/or email, so keep an eye out for important check-in info. → ACCESS
When you arrive, use the keypad on the front door to access the property.

→ PARKING
There are multiple options for you to park during your stay. The primary parking space is located in the back alley labeled 9A. You will need to go through the black gate to the left of the parking space and follow the sidewalk around the front of the building. If you choose you can utilize the underground parking in the white condo's next door, the garage door is located on the right side of Lake Avenue. A garage door opener is provided in the rental, again the spot is labeled for 9A and it located on the right side of the garage. Street parking outside the front of the building on 4th street can be utilized for any overflow parking or your convenience.
