The desk clerk was rude and falsely claimed I reserved a room with two twin beds. I had to be assertive and made them put us in a room with a queen bed. Also there was no hot water and the toiletries were lacking. The hotel is laid out strangely makking it difficult for someone with a disability to get around.

Good location to catch bus either way to Dauin. Close to airport. Friendly helpful staff in the bar. Good morning breakfast for guests.

Great place to spend the night in Dumaguete. The kids loved the pool. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking is a little difficult and navigating the hotel can be a challenge but overall a great place to stay.

Nice hotel. Transportation provided by hotel to another nearby hotel was way too expensive in a town without regular taxis...

Older hotel bathroom needs to be regrouted. Rain shower head in bathroom. Bathroom drainage is not great. Coffee maker broken. Outside light always on so no blackout for sleep Pool closes at 7pm. Will never change me back but the free breakfast was great
