we booked super twin room, but were given deluxe room in the smoking floor. smell was very bad and staff was not able to provide a non smoking room although we requested when booking in expedia. only until next day afternoon, we were given non smoking room, but there’s no hair dryer and power plug was not working the good things are food was nice and there’s free shuttle to harbor

My second stay at a Zuri hotel was once again made very nice and simple due to the wonderful friendly staff, especially at reception. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Nice and decent hotel

Everthing are ok unless food are not at my expectation from the hotel restaurant...not recommanded at all to dine at the restaurant for dinner or breakfast or lunch..not at all.

Comfort, nice breakfast, some cleanliness problems

Overall is a good hotel with friendly service and nice variety of breakfast. However, with some serious on cleanliness. We have booked 2 rooms, and found out one of the room is very strong urine smell as soon as we entered the room. We then asked to switch room. After a long waiting, we were transferred to another floor. However, both rooms are smoke room with cigarette smell too. We were told that there is no other available rooms so we have no choice but to request to go back to the original rooms, and asked them to try to clean again to remove that urine smell. Luckily this was resolved but have already took us about an hour. We initially go for this hotel by the thought to use their swimming pool facilities. However, when we check-in we were told that the pool is closed due to service maintenance that day, and will only re-open again the next day. However, when we visited the pool on next morning, we noticed the pool is full of "floating stuffs" near the entrance glass door. We were hoping that the other side of the pool will be good in condition. However, we were very disappointed that there were plenty dry leaves in the pool too.
