The ladies staffing front desk are the nicest I have encounter in years. Checking in and and out all were quick with a hello and have a great day/evening. Kudos ! Ps, bed and selection of pillows was great!

Won't be staying at Hampton Inns any more.

Walked in our room, cut on the ac, and the entire front of the ac fell on the floor. When my wife called the front desk, she said yeah, sometimes they fall off. the front desk called back a few minutes later and moved us to another room. The ac front of that ac was partially off, but we didn't dare touch it. Then had a bad experience at another Hampton Inn in Colorado Springs.

We apologize that the AC cover was not securely in place. We hope our staff made everything right and you enjoyed the rest of your stay after we moved you to another room. However, since we do not own the property in Colorado Springs, we cannot vouch for that property or that experience.
