Late arrival. Staff was very accommodating. Room was nice. Great value thru Expedia. Good parking for oversized vehicle.

Assigned dirty/used room
Posted Sep. 11, 2024 on HotelsWe checked in at 12:30 am and there was no one at the desk. There was a hand written number taped to the front desk but the number said “no voice mail has been set up.” I googled the hotel number and called and a young man showed up at the desk. We were given a used, dirty room (bed not made, towels on floor) so immediately went back to the desk. It was again deserted. After calling and waiting for 15-20 minutes… I used a phone on the wall to call the operator. A different young man showed up and was extremely rude and would not answer any questions about why someone was not manning the desk. He just assigned us another room. We will never stay at this hotel again.
