I had to clean the toilet before using it. It looked like vomit on the toilet seat. In the morning I had to clean the tub. It had hairs and other dirt all over the sides. Quite nasty! When I told the front desk lady in the morning I didn't even get an apology. The fire alarm went off about 3:30 am. We stood outside about 15 minutes waiting for someone to come turn it off. It went off 3 more times after that for just a few seconds. Needless to say, we did not sleep well.

Rooms updated or in progress. Halls and other still in progress and it will transition to a Hilton Spark Inn soon. Staff friendly, breakfast area clean and options adequate. One queen bed in room 226 not so comfortable needs replacing. Thought frame was broke.

Our room was nice and clean. The main problem was all the remodeling going on. When, they get that finished, it should be a nice place to stay.

Clean and Comfortable
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is currently under renovation and will look great when completed. Our room wasn’t fully completed but was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nicely stocked.

I’ve stayed here twice recently. Both times the staff were friendly and efficient. The only reason I gave it a 4-star on conditions, is because they are in the process of renovations. The rooms I stayed in were finished and very nicely and attractively furnished. I would definitely stay here again.
