Oase des Großstadtdschungels mit gewissen Etwas
Publié le 19 janv. 2024 sur HotelsDas Hotel liegt in Dumbrovita, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, aber mit sehr guter Infrastruktur: Kaufland, Lidl, Mc Donalds, Konditoreien, Fliescherei, Fast Food Restaurants in der Umgebung, Elektro O-Bus ins Zentrum, Apotheke ums Eck usw.
Die Zimmer sind hell und geräumig mit sehr bequemen Bett, klimaanlage und großteils mit Balkon ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, Parkplätze und eins Exquisites Restaurant (Prime) im Haus. Dazu gibt es auch noch gegen Gebühr ein SPA mit Sauna und Jacuzzi sowie auf Anfrage Massagen.
Das Frühstück ist für RO sehr reichhalting und auf Wunsch gibt es auch Extras.
Aklles in Allem eines der TOP Hotels in der Gegend Von mir absolut empfohlen!

Schönes neues, modernes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung!
Das Reinigungspersonal und das Personal im Restaurant war freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte eher weniger gastfreundlich.
Deutlich enttäuschend war das Wellnessangebot. Zum Einen war auf der Expedia-Homepage nirgends beschrieben, dass es extra Aufpreis kostet. Der Wellnessbereich an sich ist gemütlich gestaltet. Dennoch war der Preis auch etwas überteuert für einen etwas größeren Jacuzzi und eine Sauna. Das Wasser im Jacuzzi war für unser Empfinden auch etwas zu kühl. Auf Nachfrage konnte die Temperatur nicht höher gestellt werden.

Imagine you book a 4 star hotel as it looks so nicely designed, you think of a quiet place, having a dunk in whirl pool after a long day of driving, then a drink on the balcony and later a nice dinner in the restaurant on side. And then you don’t get anything, except the design. Bathroom floors are extremely slippery though.
When you arrive we had to schlepp our luggage up steep stairs but discovered right after a steep ramp. Check in in was nice BUT the room second floor, center of building, has an humming, vibrating, kitchen exhaust above. The vibrations and slight food smell was not for us. The second and only other choice was room no 008 on first floor (parterre) between restaurant and rest rooms above the courtyard with restaurant seating. It was a mistake taking that room. The restaurant Prime had a Party that night with extremely loud DJ music. That meant we were not allowed to be in the restaurant, so no dinner. Drinks on balcony (paid extra) was not an option because of the noise (Over 8.5dp as per Apple Watch in restaurant). In our soundproof room we still could here the bass, the noises on the hallway, the phone ringing at the reception, yelling of customers and the hand dryers of the bathrooms that sounded like drilling in the wall. We really were suffering. At midnight everything was over. Hotel Management seems to not care at all and didn’t offer a price reduction btw. Nobody informed us about closure, party noise before. Breakfast was not 4star. Never again!

Dear Sabine. Thank you for your feedback. Regarding your complains we, we have to make following notes:- kitchen is on the -1 level and you first room was on the second floor. Is impossible to have food smell on the second floor- you are saying that you had 8.5 db in the room. this is bellow the sound produced by normal breathing. If you consider this loud then for sure our hotel was loud- we didn't had a party in the restaurant. Every Friday and Saturday from 19 until 23 we have alive DJ with restaurant music. The music is set to a medium level, so our guest can enjoy their meal and have a nice conversation with music on.- You didn't had place in the restaurant because our restaurant was fully booked by other customers. Even if, at check-in, our reception suggested to make a reservation for dinner you refused to do that, saying that for sure you will find a place in the evening.- when you first complained about the noise, because we had no other rooms available, we agreed to reimburse you with the full amount if you want to leave our hotel, but you refused to do that and you said that if we don't reimburse you with the full amount you will post a negative review.
