If there's a b & b anywhere where the hosts are more attentlve, i've yet to visit it.
A real gem of a place, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and a 5 minute walk to the town centre make this a great place to come. We have been twice now and there is sure to be a third when we revisit Dumfries.

Sally and Ian were brilliant hosts
Publié le 14 mars 2024 sur HotelsA very impressive house in a quiet residential area, but only a short walk to the centre. A comfortable room with hotel-type amenities. Sally and Ian were brilliant hosts - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also excellent.

Publié le 2 févr. 2024 sur HotelsSally & Ian are amazingly warm and helpful hosts. I wasn’t looking forward to this particular work trip that much but I left having had a great time due to their hospitality. Cozy comfy room, plenty of space & great location and the breakfasts are epic.

The true experience of Scottish hospitality

I recently returned to Lindean Guest House in Dumfries as it is my preferred accommodation when on business in the area. Great customer care provided and above average rooms with excellent breakfast and free parking available. Definitely recommend, very close to town centre yet a quiet, comfortable stay.
