Staff was nice. Pool does not work. Breakfast was sad. Facilities are very run down and sketchy.

Due to unforeseeable circumstances at the last minute I was unable stay at the for mentioned establishment; I called them the day I was supposed to check-in and because it was not 24 hrs. before, they would have to charge for at least 1 night, but not a second day and Travelocity would credit me for the 2nd night.
Please credit me back on my credit card the of 1 night; doing so would very much appreciated and desire to use Travelocity in the future. Thank you.
