Once again, it lived up to its reputation as the worst place to stay in Duncan. Property is poorly maintained and in need of fixing up in almost every respect. The only reason I stayed there is because my other choices were sold out. When we checked in, I think we were the only guests on the entire property.

Couldn’t even get checked in !!!

I was never even able to check in for my stay and have not been able to get my stay refunded ! When I arrived , despite having booked and payed already, the hotel showed “no vacancy” on the door at the guest check in. Yes it was extremely late, but we rang the door bell multiple times at the desk and stood outside for idk how long and no one ever answered. We finally ended up having to pay for a second room at a different hotel …. I STILL haven’t gotten a refund or even been offered a comp night by OYO…
