Bloody booger on the bed sheet; had to request service. Family room located right near the bar area (no consideration) No heat at the time & remodel was rushed; the carpet had gap between floorboard and wall.

Central location, walking distance to downtown. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

My room was not clean when we checked in, the desk clerk cleaned it while we waited. I felt sorry for her as it was a housekeeping error

Our front desk agent did relay your experience and was more than happy to clean and prepare your room and find a comfortable spot for you and your daughter to have dinner while waiting. We appreciate your patience and understanding as at times errors do take place. We believe it is how these errors are handled that reflect our genuine care for guest service. Its a bit of an older hotel but Very clean and the staff was wonderful, we will definitely stay again-good value for the money

The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s location was close to the amenities that I needed.
