It is very hard to find this property. The GPS does not take you there and it is very very confusing. It took me a good 30 minutes to find and there is no signs out at all. When I received my room I had to get the bathroom cleaned. Overall the cleanliness was ok but not to the standards. They also did the vacuuming at 2:30 am then next night at 4:00 am. The hotel is not insulated so we could hear everything. After the second night of vacuuming I kindly asked the front desk not to do this anymore and it stopped. Also they had music going in the middle of the night in the hallways that you could hear so loud especially when woken up with the vacuum. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels but this was accommodated. Also, they had these scent balls in the bathroom that was very very strong odour. I asked to not to put these out and again accommodated. I have attached a picture of just the level of wiping furniture. Very dirty. We had asked to refund us as we wanted to go to another hotel but they could not as we booked through Expedia.
