Really disappointing experience…
Publié le 26 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe space is overpriced and not as nice as the photos, unfortunately. No linen and towels provided dispose the high cost. The house is surrounded by dirt, not grass, which is easily brought back into the house. Around the house are instructions on the wall which is a bit excessive if you’re on a relaxing break.
We did, however, follow all instructions; put all used utensils away, took the rubbish out and even had a quick mop but then still received an extra hour cleaning fee… Highly offended and disappointed stayer that will definitely not be returning. There are much more welcoming and nicer places to stay.

The grassed area around the property is not kept green this time of year, due to lack of a water supply at Dundee. The Property runs on tank water. As there is a very large amount of concrete veranda back and front and paths around the house, I do not see a problem at keeping dirt out of the house, there are door mats outside and inside.
We are in the process of including linen in the cost when guests book in and at the moment the offer for this service is there, which our guest opted out of.
The extra cleaning fee was to clean dog hair off the couch, bed mattress protector and inside the house.
We did accept the pets but they were to be kept outside or in the breezeway enclosure, not inside the house.
