Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsStopover just for myself to split longer trip, nice clean rooms with all the amenities i needed, easy parking in a handy location and the staff are all cheerful and friendly...stayed a few times before and never had any cause to complain before and this time was no different.

Pillows were next to none, room was clean,noise in hotel screaming and shouting was terrible … cheap stay ….

This hotel is super convenient for, when we need to stay in Dundee. The Hotel is a basic clean place to stay for a night. The carpets are desperately needing changed in the bedrooms. The rooms are clean, mattress toppers would be good on the beds. Bathrooms are clean and serviceable. It’s a budget hotel so you pay for what you get. It would be good if there was a microwave as there is no restaurant, but a fab m&s locate at the garage a few steps away. Useful to know the garage is 24 hr and has a bakery and coffee.

We booked this as an Ibis and were then some time later told it had changed its name. We wern't told it was now with another group. Not same standard as Ibis. This is a shabby ex Travelodge. We should have been told that this hotel wasn't in the Ibis chain and given a chance to rebook as this was an expensive hotel

Plain and simple but value for money

Keith on reception seemed to always be there and was very helpful and went out of his way to make my stay as good as possible.
There was some road noise but ear plus were provided but I didn't need them.
Plenty of parking.
