Anniversary Getaway

When reading the rules and policies, we discovered that they said we had to check in by 6:00 pm or give them a 24-hour notice. We did not realize this and because of a late start from home, almost didn't make it. We called ahead after stressing over trying to get there on time and found out that we would be good until 10:00. Need to change this policy. Overall, we were very happy and pleased with this place. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend and we will be back.

Thank you for your feedback Keith and for staying at our place! If I remember correctly the suite you reserved via Vrbo accidently got booked through another booking site for the exact dates so we moved you to an upgraded deluxe suite but we didn't charge you the difference even though the suite we moved you to was slightly more expensive. Even though it wasn't the exact suite you chose, I'm glad you liked it just the same! And thank you about the suggestion to change the wording for the check-in time. We try to be as flexible as possible if people can't make the normal check-in hours. I will adjust this wording because we usually don't need a 24 hour notice to set up a late check-in. But a 5 or 6 hour notice is nice so we can schedule someone to work late at the front desk. Thanks again for staying. We appreciate it very much!! And hope to see you again for a future stay!
