I don’t usually leave reviews unless it was extraordinary, but I can’t let this one go. The place was old and in desperate need of repair. There was NEVER anyone at the desk. There was a bell there to ring for service. FOUR different times I had to go to the desk because our room key cards wouldn’t work (three of those in the same day.) I stood there ringing that bell one time for ten minutes and no one came, even though I could hear them talking not ten feet away. One day I went to the patio outside the pool to relax and read only to discover I was locked out. The door to go back in needed an actual key, not a key card. So I called the hotel number and when the front desk answered I asked them to come let me in. The lady couldn’t figure out where I was because she said she didn’t even know there was a patio (even though you could see it from the front desk.) they never once in 3 days emptied our garbage or brought us clean towels, even though I left the trash basket outside of our room. I could go on but I think you get the message. I give this place 3 stars out of 10.

Nice room, greater service
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room was clean and well laid out. It was a handicap room. When I noticed the toilet seat was very loose, I saw the maintenance man in the hallway, and told him what I found. He immediately came and fixed the issue without hesitation. Great service…nice to see.

This hotel was fine. The hallways and common areas are a little on the dirty side, but the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was not as great as I was hoping it would be all the people who work there absolutely fantastic and so nice.

The kids loved the pool!! Hotel could use a deep clean and some renovation.
