Would stay here again.
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsFingerprints in the dust on the bedside lamp. Tub had not been thoroughly cleaned. Found items in fridge from previous guests. Rest of room clean.
Staff friendly and very helpful. Found us a luggage carrier, as customers had not returned them to the lobby. Though busy front desk staff remained friendly and professional with customers at the desk and on the phone. Bed comfortable, room rate reasonable.

The splash area closed before we arrived so we figured we would play before we left but monday n tuesday are maintenance days which bummed us out a lot which included the arcade room. . Gentleman at the desk was nice and opened just the basic pool so the kids could atleast swim. Thank you for that.

Semi-rude staff. Didn't have food or drinks available but wouldn't allow food in the splash park
Didn't have change in their drawers and expected me to walk and get change. Found one good employee to accommodate us but if it weren't for her everything would have been terrible.

No coffee in room or in lobby. Had to go out to get coffee in the morning.
