The property was beautiful. We enjoyed the room, bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing. It took 45 minutes from ordering to receiving sitting there from 8:30am to 9:15am watching others eat, then having them watch us was super awkward. Change breakfast so that it can be served within 15 minutes of ordering, even if all 10 people come down at similar times.

From the moment we rang at the gate to check in until the moment we drove away we were pampered and spoiled with royal service. The accommodations are beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The view is second to none, as it looks down over the Otago Harbor. Every detail was just perfect. We look forward to returning.

Everything was beyond our already high expectations. The castle and gardens were spectacular, and the peninsula offered even more treats.

I really enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of all the staff.
The accommodation is outstanding but the staff are the heart of the place. Enjoyed meeting other guests.
