Very tidy, easy to find hotel, very pleasent staff

Pour : Close to town centre, nice view. Easy to find. Very quiet area but close to everything. Staff were very welcoming. Clean room, and clean bathroom.
Contre : Lock on bathroom and more comfy bed.
Emplacement : Close to casino, and shops.
Nice tidy comfortable room, bed was very uncomfortable and very creaky, door to shared bathroom was very difficult to lock. Otherwise staff were very attentive and room was well presented.

Pour : Clean and quiet, just about 10 minute walk from town centre
Contre : Up a fairly steep hill, so are many things in Dunedin

The beds were VERY comfortable, Steve was lovely, and my stay was flawless!

Pour : Cheap and walking distance to town
Contre : Shared bathroom was a bit of a mess and didn't seem all that clean. Rooms were nice and clean.
