Unvacuumed carpet, dirt & bugs in window sills, shower drain didn't work- still 3 inches of water in tub 12 hours later. No coffee maker or fridge in room or "lobby" a/c so noisy we had to shut it off at night to sleep. The mgr is very nice and polite, but the property is so rundown and room so dirty, that I recommend paying twice the price to stay somewhere else.

Nice place for an overnight trip!

The Dunkirk Motel is conveniently located, the price is economical, the rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, and are equipped with fridge, microwave, office space, and flat-screen TV, and parking is available at your door. No breakfast, no coffee machine in the room, but there is a Tim Horton's right sown the street. The hostess is friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. To be honest, the property could use some updating, but for a quick overnight in Fredonia, (the campus is 5 minutes away) it was comfortable, clean, and more than adequate!

Basic roadside motel, a little run down but clean. Managing couple lovely and helpful.

Renovation is underway, but it is not ready for customers. The room was ok, but there is only one overhead light; no bedside light made it difficult to read. The air conditioning dripped into the room. The only trash can was placed by staff under the air conditioning...listened to drip drip drip all night. It also leaked on other side of air...
I placed a towel on floor to protect the carpet. There was one plastic cup in room. No other amenities. The bathroom in places was filthy...tub was dusty/dirty. They should use only a ready room before it is rented. Until then head to Fredonia for affordability

Hello, we apologize for any inconveniences that had occurred during your stay. The air conditioning has been fixed and there is no more dripping. In addition, we have placed more plastic cups in the room. However, you were provided with standard amenities such as soap, shampoo, two extra towels, extra washcloths, a floor mat and even a big fridge. I, the manager, personally checked the bathroom with the room service staff and the area was clean in all places because it has been newly renovated. The bathtub has been redone, the sink is new, and the toilet is new. We have placed the trash bin in its proper location since the air conditioner is fixed but there was also a trash bin in the bathroom as well. With that said, we deeply apologize for the inconveniences you had experienced.
