Dead bugs in the bathroom. The reason I chose this hotel is because it had a pool my children wanted to play in for my daughter’s birthday. It was closed and looked like it had been for awhile. Every vending machine was out of order. The room was very outdated & the beds were very old and hard. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. I will never chose this hotel again.

1st room checked toilet running floor flooded. Went to desk they only had one king 1st floor and 2 bed 2 nd floor. 2 bed is what we reserved. We couldn’t take 2nd floor because of my husband’s disabilities. So we had to take king. Water was on bathroom floor coming from tub area. Just felt with it because no other room. No one at desk in morning to tell. Paid more than on website. Would not recomend

My door lock was broke! No one came to fix it! Landlord would nt l et anyone but maintenance guy fix it. I was told they didnt have a guy!
Pool was closed..... hasnt been open since covid!!! No one told us before check in!
Bath tub the stopper was broke. Towel rack fell off wall!! Why arent things fixed??

We were in town for Thanksgiving with family and didn't need a lot of extra perks...just a comfortable place to sleep. The staff was very helpful when we had some problems with our room keys, and even got up extra early to make coffee when we had an early departure. Walls were thin so we could hear all next door conversations and activities.
