Horrible!

Grosse déconvenue ! Étape de notre road trip en famille, nous avons réservé cette hôtel plus de 3 mois à l'avance pour ces photos et piscine pour ma fille sur un site de réservation. Dès notre arrivée sur le parking, je suis très étonné de constater qu'il s'agit en réalité d'un motel ! Avant d'arriver à la réception, nous constatons que la piscine est vide (au milieu du parking sous une serre en verre semble complètement à l'abandon). Dégoûtée, nous arrivons à la réception où nous ne sommes pas très bien accueilli car nous commençons par dire que le site mentionnait une piscine 1ere photo lors de la réservation et répondant au critère piscine et jacuzzi ! Il nous répond que c comme ça il ne peut rien faire, pas de geste commercial, réclamation par mail à un pseudo responsable ! Pas très professionnel tout ça !! Arrivée dans la chambre, je ne prête pas vraiment attention car je fonce faire mes lessives ! Je constate tout de même que nous sommes très très loin des belles photos du site (ils doivent avoir 1 chambre témoin pour les photos !) Arrivée dans la chambre je me plains auprès de mon mari que c'est très sale ! Le sol est collant, placard sale, état général très délabré ! Un semblant de restoration très mal entrepris par des non professionnels ! Poussière sur les meubles, abat-jour cassé ! Insectes par terre ! La télécommande de la climatisation ne fonctionne pas ! Au milieu de la nuit je suis allée dormir dans ma voiture avec ma fille, hôtel infesté de punaise de lit.

The room floor and the ceiling were very dirty and not cleaned. The TV was not connected and i had to connect all the cables by myself. At the breakfast buffet, the waiter was not professional. Eggs were ready only after 30 minutes. tables were not clean and the chairs were heavily dirty.

Dans l'ensemble un prix raisonnable tenant compte de l'achalandage a Durango. Personel gentil et gentille. Je ne m'attendais pas a un palace mais a un motel bien tenu et c'est ce que j'ai eu.

Very disappointed

Very bad experience. Although we had already paid for the night, we preferred to sleep in another hotel (and therefore pay for another hotel)! The first room we were given smelled of cigarettes and was located in a corner of the hotel (the window was on a wall!). I asked to change. The second room had a blocked door, so we couldn't get in. Finally the third room had a very bad wifi. The surrounding area and the hotel were not very reassuring or family friendly. My children did not feel reassured by the idea of sleeping here, so we preferred to go to another hotel more family friendly and comfortable. The receptionist was understanding. This is the first time we have had such a disappointment, especially since I take the time to read the reviews of previous guests. But it seems like the recent reviews (after I made my reservation) are pretty negative too. I should have checked for updates before we arrived!

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. We get a lot of high ratings that don't correspond to your experience. The exterior corridors make for a more open environment that is uncomfortable for some guests. We are considering closing some of the corridors to strike a balance for our guests. We would like to investigate further the circumstances of your stay if you can please call the property that would be helpful to us.

Property needs updating and cleaning up. Floors were filthy. We had to wash our feet before bed because the bottoms of them were black with filth. Pool was not open.

This property was absolutely disgusting! The room was the dirtiest room I have EVER stayed in! They gave 3 people only 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth, said all the towels were dirty so we would have to wait for more. Toilet leaked, TV remote worked half assed and had to unplug to get it to turn off, no bathroom mirror, trim missing, broken and dented lampshades, garbage left under desk, and don’t get me started about the cleanliness or shall I say lack there of in the bathroom!!! I felt like it was a room under construction that they just threw us in. The so called patio area, 4 of the 5 chairs were broken and garbage was all over the place! Talked to front desk and all they said was I can send housekeeping…… they gave me the email for management to discuss refund of some sort! I have sent 3 emails so far with no reply! Paying way too much for this room was unacceptable n so many levels! I owned a housekeeping and property management company in a very wealthy area and if I EVER left a room under these conditions I would have been fired. I took so many pictures of this nasty place! I would not recommend anyone stay at this property!

estuve 3 noches y my cuarto nunca lo limpiaron , la basura estuvo 3 dias y nuncs la sacaron nunca me cambiaron lad toallas

There were bare exposed walls where old heating elements were removed. The mattress was old and had sunk in the middle. It had no mattress pad. It was urine stained. The floor was sticky. All the countertops were sticky and it smelled awful.
