Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean pool and sauna, clean room, easy parking.

Beautiful area
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsVery nice hotel and outside of town so the hecticness of Durango doesnt effect you. My only problem was that our room was right next to the far door and under the stair case so it sounded like a herd of elephants constantly walking upstairs and you could hear the door slam loudly every time it closed. The pool is nice and staff were attentive.

There was many pieces of ice on the carpet and cleaning staff walked right by and never cleaned it up 😩
