Close by Wedding
Posted Oct. 28, 2024 on HomeAwayUsed as a base camp for a family wedding, very convenient, easy to get to, only 1.8~2.0 miles from SH550. Close yet remote, no cars driving by. Everything you need is right where need them.

Perfect mountain getaway
Posted Oct. 14, 2024 on HomeAwayThe cabin was everything we wanted, seclusion, views, space for us and our dog to roam, and proximity to the amazing trails in the San Juans. We also met multiple neighbors who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will absolutely be staying at this property again in the future.

People and dog heaven
Posted Aug. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayWe chose this property because of its proximity to Silverton and many of the surrounding 4x4 trails. With 3 dogs in tow this made for a perfect home base. The property is large and well behaved dogs are free to roam.

Great secluded cabin
Posted Aug. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayPerfect cabin for our family getaway. Close enough to Durango for dinners or the hot springs. But close to Silverton and Ouray for hikes and excursions. Love how secluded and private the location is. Simple and rustic enough to feel like you are in the woods and away from it but good wifi and able to check on the Olympics when we got back from hiking. Will definitely be back!
