The people who own this hotel have done a very nice job updating the insides and outsides. Everything was very modern. TVs, outlets next to the bed and everything in the bathroom. Just a nice place to say

Super cute little place! Wonderfully friendly staff and great family feel. They did an excellent job giving an old motel a new life! They added a few features, like the gazebo in front and bike rentals.

Retro, meh
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsTiny room, paper thin walls, cramped parking, lousy coffee service. The "Retro" thing is cute, but I could have stayed eles where for the same cost and had a real room with better parking and coffee.

Hi Richard, I'm really sorry to hear that you were so disappointed with your stay at the Siesta. As small business owners we take all reviews and feedback very seriously. Unfortunately it seems like most of your concerns/complaints are characteristics of a 1950s roadside motel which is what we are. You booked a Queen room, which if you go to our website you will find it is described as "cozy (aka tiny!)" No secrets there. Unfortunately Expedia does not allow us to give descriptions of our rooms/property and simply has a checkbox format to select amenities/ room features. As for our coffee, we provide locally roasted ground coffee with a pour over device (instructions included) to make fresh coffee in your room. If you found it to be lousy, I feel like there may have been some user error as we have had nothing but rave reviews about our coffee service. Once again, very sorry to hear you were so unhappy with your stay, but we wish you the best.

Great Stay in Durango!
