The General Palmer Hotel is a small hotel which gives the hotel its charm. Victorian furnishings and decor make this hotel a special lodging.

When making reservation be aware that not all rooms have a window and the antique elevator only holds two people.

I didn’t really didn’t appreciate being in the palace wing. Up stairs and no small fridge in the room. The train was practically outside our window starting to make noise at 8 am. Breakfast is really midiocre.

I loved the historical aspect of the Hotel. It was pristine from the lobby, sitting areas, tea & coffee station and the suite!
