Nice “older” hotel.
This was a nice little older hotel, very comfortable and clean. In walking distance of downtown and the train station. Easy to ride the shuttle.

I know the prices in Durango for hotels is not cheap but I thought paying 60 a night for this hotel was out of line. Normal situation I would not have paid over 60 per night. It was clean, but absolutely no frills, AC did not work that great so it was a little hot the entire time, Faucet in the sink, barely trickled so had to brush my teeth in the bathtub faucet. I would put it in our bottom five places we’ve ever stayed and we don’t usually stay in luxury.

Nice “old” motel. The owner has spent his money wisely and the property has been updated very well. Our group enjoyed our stay there very much. Could use a larger breakfast area.

Although the room was clean several things were worn and outdated. The room was quite small and there was NO water pressure in the bathroom sink. The water was just a very slow trickle. Also the walls are so thin we could hear the people in the next room getting up and trying to adjust their air conditioner several times in the night and could hear every time it turned on. We turned ours off because it was so loud. No coffee pot in the room and the office doesn't open until 8:00am or later so we couldn't get any there either. Would not recommend this hotel.
