Hôtel à éviter, absolument....
Publié le 26 déc. 2016 sur HotelsTrès décevant : parking jonché d'ordures et détritus en tous genres, chambre dépourvue de toute facilité ( ni frigidaire ni micro ondes....) et assez bruyante en raison d'une mauvaise insonorisation d'autant qu'elle était proche de la piscine ( pas de double vitrage), et pour couronner le tout petit déjeuner payant, 10 euros par personne tout de même ce qui met le coût de la chambre à 100 euros, un coût injustifié et vraiment exorbitant pour ce qu'on a...fuyez cet hôtel, ou nous ne reviendrons jamais

It was a good stay ,one knows what to expect from a City Lodge, and, they deliver. The stay pleasant, the staff are great, friendly and efficient. The room is good, probably needs an upgrade (my humble opinion), the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is adequate. The shower door did not shut fully and was somewhat bothersome. I did not have time for breakfast, but, I know that the breakfast here is good. Decent variety, very fresh and really nice staff to give you a good start to your day. I would stay here again, it's a good choice at a fairly reasonable price.

Treating guests like children.
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HotelsNice hotel, just quite disturbing that as a smoker, you cannot go outside at the pool area to the smoking area after 9PM. They lock the door. So, in essence you are treated like a child, or a criminal and have to go out the front to the parking lot to have a cigarette. This also compromises your safety. I probably will NEVER stay there again, as this is the first hotel I have stayed in ever that does this and definately the ONLY CLHG establishment in the group that does this.
A hotel and public area amenities are supposed to be avialable 24/7.

Door lock didn't work
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HotelsI feel very mixed about this hotel. The staff was quite nice checking us in, the pool seemed nice, and the restaurant was fairly nice as well. The halls smelled, our door did not lock (like not even a little bit), and a staff member opened our door two hours before checkout without knocking (and without using a key, just pushing the very unlockable door open). Luckily they had a safe, and no other incidents occured.
