Some good and some bad points
Publié le 29 déc. 2018 sur HotelsSmelly bathroom and a noisy room due to poor sound insulation. Road traffic on highway is very noisy, also the noise from neighboring room was clearly heard and made it hard to get a good sleep.

Dear Valued Guest,Due to Christmas period our Hotel Running Total Sold out, & some function also arranged by organization ,for that may be you feel noisy, for your next visit we should be avoid to give you room in road facing, then it should be quite and more peaceful

Sevice is very Bad. No shower kit...no shaving kit...terrible..experience..

Dear Valued Guest we very aphorized for inconvenience cause, to stop this type of complained we put all the manager contact number tag in your room, have to inform at front desk or contact direct to department head, and you also extend your stay one more day ,we thought you satisfied with our product and services then you liked to stay one more day, we assure you for your next visit should be more comfortable & enjoyable .
