Bed linens are not cleaned.After requesting so many times, they changed the linens. They showed the accommodation to our driver, but when he came back to sleep, that place was taken by someone else and after requesting, they arranged a bed but asked my driver to sleep without a blanket in the middle of night. Horrible experience. Not recommending this place at all.

Hotel is a little bit on the expensive side. Location is great, staff is friendly but the cleaning could be Better.

Booked couple of rooms for my parents and relatives to stay while we were visiting in-laws in Durgapur for a family function. Neither of the guests had a good time. The hotel was being renovated/repaired, not sure if that meant room services were supposed to be bad throughout the stay. Every request for service was delayed or not met. Hotel was too busy with a wedding reservation. Overall a bad experience and will rethink whether to book again in future.
