Pool hours not user friendly

Good location, walking distance to the Düsseldorf main railway station and the city centre. Very comfortable beds, nice and clean rooms. My only reserve relates to the pool, which is nice, on the top floor, with a great view on the (ugly) city. That said, it was not clear to me from the hotels.com description that access to the pool/spa area had to be paid extra. Maybe I did not notice some small asterisk footnote. These unpleasant extras should be shown very prominently in the description of the hotel. I got lucky, because the great receptionist saw my surprise and threw in a free access to the pool area. Second comment : pool hours between11 am and 7 pm are a showstopper for business travelers and not really user-friendly. Try 6 am to 9 pm. All that said, great hotel, and despite my comments, I will come back.
