Lovely hotel, in a great location, but the pillows are far too soft and all 4 were the same. Why not have different types in the room, so you can choose which one suits?! And the doors were very heavy and loud when falling shut. I am also not a fan of windows between bed and bathroom and glass doors on the toilets. It is not functional, practical or romantic.

The best hotel in Dusseldorf - location is perfect and although the hotel is big, it’s very peaceful
