Very quiet spot. Hosts were lovely, polite, and courteous. Enjoyed breakfast - it set me up for the day. The room had a lot of space and was well stocked with drinks. A very enjoyable stay for the three days I was there.

Regarding your scores, all our rooms are cleaned and dusted daily, staff you did not want to talk from the moment you came in, would not converse all that you said was room, room where is the room and at breakfast our daughter is conscientious and attentive to a guests needs. Hotel condition this is our home as well as business we work hard and are still renovating as you would have read below the wifi code but this does not affect a guests stay. Eco friendliness ?? Did you ask NO you are summising we avoid use of single use plastics, we separate guest waste into recycling etc so you as the guest do not have to, we recycle, compost for our garden, our electric is 100% renewable sourced so please get your facts correct before making review assumptions.

Travelled alone and was made welcome from the start by the owners. No request was a problem - from early parking to packing up a breakfast.
Location was excellent - so quiet, just next to the train station which is used regularly so could abandon the car for the whole holiday and just take train and bike all over. Brilliant holiday!
Breakfast delicious - poached egg and avocado a particular favorite!
Good value for money.

Really nice B&B. Toilet is quite small (no bath) but room are of good size and hosts are very friendly. Really good options of breakfast.

the owners were lovely friendly people who were courageous in dealing with various building problems and I hope they are successful. Breakfast was very good and our room was clean and tidy.Jo and Richard were welcoming and always anxious to please. I wish them good luck.

Its a shame you did not come and see us before you left,oh sorry you did and I asked you if you had had a good stay and was everything alright for you. You at no point said anything was wrong and were perfectly happy to accept our hospitality. Our rooms are cleaned and dusted daily, yes daily so 2 star really for cleanliness, I do not think so. We are not a Premier Inn or alike we are an individual Bed & Breakfast which we enloy being homely and comfortably furnished as it is our home as well. Yes are renovating the far end of the building now and this does not detract or disturb anyones stay as the area is not for publie use or eyes. If you do not like peace and quiet, lovely views, free parking, as most say very good breakfast, us as a family doing everything we can to make your stay pleasant and comfortable beds, then no we are not for you.

Me and my Partner had a lovely over night stay. The hosts were both lovely and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. Over all we had a great time here.
