Unsafe, drug addicts lingering around the property. People entered our locked room while we were in it. The general smell was awful. We requested a refund due to these reasons but were denied. Keep driving and stay in Lamar. Nicer people and great hotel there. Sad stay in this hotel.

I'm sorry to here you had a bad stay. Did you tell the staff about what you saw in, the parking lot so the police could have been call I have a 0 Tolerance for this kind of thing. As for a refund the staff can not give a refund on a Expedia booked room it must go though them. Again I'm sorry that you felt treated ruddily I will be talking to My staff about this.

Clean
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe had a suite and it had everything that we needed. It was nice to have a couch to watch and relax. The little kitchenette was supplied. The place was clean. The only thing I would suggest is that the breakfast food be warmer and replenish the items (silverware, coffee cups) so they are available and not have to ask. Would suggest putting the biscuits in a warmer.

Nice room
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe room and bathroom were decently clean. The kitchen was nice with a full stove and other appliances. However, there were some dead bugs on the floors and around the air conditioner.
