The front desk personnel were friendly. I felt very comfortable around the hotel and outside on the parking lot . It felt like a safe area.

It was a nice room with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot and even a diswasher. It was clean and that is important. It looks like it was remodeled in the not so distant pass. They really need to change out the air conditioner, though. It was an antique. Overall, it was a good stay.

Had called in advance with a few questions and Maria in reception was kind, professional. I know it is hard to find people for housekeeping. We travel a lot and always speak to housekeeping, our greetings were met with blank stares. Most did not speak a word of English. I am sorry they not trying. They too are apart of the guest experience.

Good property w good location. Clean linens and soft towels. Only complaint is mattress was uncomfortable.

Never Again!

It’s hard to describe how awful this place is. It began at check-in, when the employee checking us in complained about how busy the hotel was and how busy he was. Our room was shabby; the air conditioner blew small pieces of black stuff (dirt? Mold?) all over the bed the whole time it was running. There were spills on the floor in the lobby that hadn’t been cleaned up…ever. On the day we checked out, we opened our door to find dog feces scattered in the hallway. (At least we hoped it was from a dog.) The housekeeping staff were cleaning rooms near us but did not clean up the dog poop. They just ignored it. The whole experience was terrible and we were counting the minutes until we could check out. We will never stay in a Green Tree property again.
