We had stayed here in the past with our crew. This time elevator not working and every time someone went through the door at stairs it slammed. We asked to be moved to another room and were told not possible. They finally put a sign and a door stop to keep the noise down but not until after 2 a.m.. We think they would have taken care of the situation as soon as the elevator situation arose. And not put anyone in a room beside this slamming door if they were not going to stop it from being so noisy. Very tired and disappointed on this work trip.

It was easy to Checkin and the clerk was very courteous. The room was clean. The only problem I had was with handicapped parking, when I got back after going out at 12:30 am, 2 of the spots were taken by someone with no handicapped plate or place card.
