Great location
Posted Jul. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayOur stay in this house was great. The location was perfect for walks along the foreshore with the dogs and we witnessed some amazing sunrises. The garden was good for pets and the house was comfortable for our family. Key collection was easy.

Great location and everything was at the property that we needed.
We even got gifted some local honey and coffee for our stay, which was such a nice gesture.
Relaxing getaway was just what we needed and the shack definitely provided that.

Location, location!
Posted Dec. 23, 2023 on HomeAwayThe property is very simple but in a fantastic location. It was all we needed and we had a fantastic week exploring around Paynesville. The community centre just opened across the road and looks like it is serving coffees (though we did not make it there). The main bed was very hard and there wasn’t enough PowerPoints for the bedside lights - not so great for reading in bed, but easily fixed. There was a mould problem in the toilet that really needs fixing to stop long term rot. It’s a classic 1960’s place. Overall we loved our time there and would definitely go back!

Good location
Posted Apr. 24, 2023 on HomeAwayThe place was situated in a really nice location, wth beautiful views over the lake. Got some great suggestions when check in on things to do around the area. The place is a little run down and felt like it needed a deep clean but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Little cottage close to lake
