Avis Cozy, family-friendly, riverview condo w/ a furnished patio & gas fireplace

Nice location and set up of the condo. But definitely needs some updating. Beds were not the most comfortable and sheets did not stay on overnight. No towels supplied in kitchen and as well no instructions left regarding trash cans to place trash bags which they request we remove.
