Publié le 4 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is nice, needs some maintenance. Fridge had cracked drawer and didn’t keep everything cool as it should, grill outside was dirty and fire pit area a mess. Dining table and chairs and sectional sofa needs to be replaced. Biggest issues is the management company, Vacasa, and their horrible communication! The cabin has no cell service and no land line so we couldn’t contact them from the cabin with a snowstorm approaching. We had to call their customer service number when we went into town and got a person in another state far away who didn’t help at all. Finally a local Vacasa contacted us but still didn’t solve all issues. We’ll never use them again.

That said, we apologize for the areas you found needing some TLC and our local manager assured us a new refrigerator drawer was ordered to replace the cracked one. We're sorry for the inconvenience and we hope the compensation you received alleviated some of your frustration. Additionally, we're sorry that the grill was not clean and we shared your comments with the local team so this can be addressed. Please know that the safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us and we did provide storm prep and maintenance to the home before your arrival. Also, our local manager assured us they were in contact with you during the winter storm to ensure that your party was faring well. We regret these issues kept you from enjoying your stay and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

Relaxing Getaway
Publié le 1 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayNice quiet property on the lake. Check in process and communication with owner was smooth. Everything clean and in working order. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking but not enough drinking glasses. (They do have some plastic ones). Renter should be aware there are no basic spices not even salt and pepper. Overall a nice, quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Comfortable Lake House

The house was well maintained and spacious, plenty of room for everybody to spread out. The deck was a nice feature with several tables so we could enjoy the scenery when we weren't out boating. Very conveniently located with decent proximity to town. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Gathering space was large enough for us all to be able to eat and play games. Being on the water was great for those wanting to ice fish. Would recommend and would stay again.

my family loved every minute we plan on booking the same house for are next visit to to Eagle river Wisconsin

Beautiful place
