Nice Place on relaxing lake
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was very clean and had everything we needed. Fire pit area is awesome, and didn’t have to start up the grill because you can cook right over the fire. Pan fish and large mouth right off the dock. Hope to be back.

Cute cabin in the woods.
Publié le 8 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayReally enjoyable stay. Well stocked and decorated for a cabin in the north woods. Very private. Good, simple directions. Loved the thoughtful nite lights and ESPECIALLY the can of coffee, when I remembered we forgot bring some. Very well done!

Peaceful Getaway
Publié le 24 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at the Hotter cottage on Dad's Lake. It was so peaceful and the weather was perfect for our fishing adventures, walks, nights around the firepit and exploring Eagle River. The cottage has a lovely great room that we didn't use much which is a shame as the view of the lake in the morning is gorgeous. I would suggest putting a TV in that room for families to gather and really enjoy the setting. We had a group of 4 and did fine in the smaller living area next to the kitchen, but the early morning sunshine sometimes made it difficult to watch TV. Maybe a shade or blinds could be added here. Loved our week there and the colors were just starting to turn, so it was a sight to see. Recommend highly.

OK ..but
Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayBiggest issue was the weather was hot and the lack of ac and especially dehumidifier was problematic. Was unaware the main bedroom was on a lower level which was also very dank and musty. Found it pretty unpleasant and definitely impacted our stay! Overall we found the house to have one good main living room which was nicely furnished etc but felt the rest of the house and outside area to be less than ideal but not terrible…
