Private, clean and quiet. Set in the middle the rolling hills on the Iowa - Missouri state line at the end of a dead-end road. If you are looking for seclusion yet want the convenience of being a few minutes from a small town, this is the perfect spot.

Built in 2017, you'll love the old farm setting and feel with brand new amenities. Sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from the expansive 20x30 deck and porch.

While we strictly do not allow pets in the home, there is an attached 40x40 machine shed where they are welcome.
