We booked a non smoking room, and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Burn stains on bathtub. Room felt damp. There is a required 150 dollar deposit that is not mentioned while booking.

Thank you for your comments on your recent stay at the Baymont Inn Easley. We are very sorry that your room had a smell of smoke. We work hard to make sure our non-smoking rooms are not smoked in. We are sorry that there was confusion concerning the 150 deposit it is listed online under the Important Information section when booking the reservation. Once again, thank you for your comments and we do hope that if you return to the area, you will choose to stay with us again.
